About Paul Effman: Paul founded the Paul Effman Music Service, more than 40 years ago. This orchestra program was designed to provide students in private education with instrumental music instruction. Paul has personally taught many students in New York, and he and the Effman family presently run the service which provides tens of thousands of students nationwide with Instrumental Music Education. Paul also is a lifelong advocate of Music Education. Past positions include Chairman of Music at Tampa Catholic High School, Co-Chairman of Fine Arts at Carey H.S. (Franklin Square, Long Island, NY) and Instructor of Saxophone at C.W. Post College.
